The surviving spouse will have full active status to include voting,but will not be required to pay dues.There will be a single membership with one vote and a family membershipwith a vote by husband and wifeAny member who later fails to meet the qualifications; commits unsafedriving acts while driving a special interest auto on public highways;whose conduct is otherwise detrimental to the purpose and standing ofthe club may be suspended or expelled from the club by a two-thirds (2/3)vote of all the members. The member may appeal to the ExecutiveCommittee in person, or by letter within thirty (30) days. After reviewingthe appeal, the Executive Committee may then present it to the Club for avote.APTiri F Vrrl x 11DuesSection 1Section 2.Qfirtinn 9Dues are payable at the first meeting of January. Dues for newmembers will be prorated at 100% until the third quarter, which will belowered to 50%, and the fourth quarter will be at 25%Any member whose dues are sixty (60) days in arrears shall beautomatically dropped from the rolls of the Club and can only be reinstatedto full membership upon the membership vote and payment of full yearcurrent dues.All dues and fees paid to the Club will not be refunded under anycircumstancesARTICLE VInffirpria anrl rklltiaeThe elected officers of this Club will be: a President, Vice-President,Treasurer, and SecretaryThe President will preside at all meetings of the club; appoint suchcommittees as necessary to carry out the activities of the Club; act as ex-offficio member of all special committees; issue the call for regular andspecial meetings; and see that the regular elections are held inaccordance with the Club ConstitutionThe Vice-President will perform the duties of the President in his absenceand assist the President with any duties as he designatesThe Treasurer will collect dues; collect all other money due the Club;payments from Club funds; sign Club checks; keep the Club moneymatters; and will make regular reports of the financial condition of the Clubto members at monthly meetingsSection 1Qo~tin 9Section 3.Section 4.malfQ
