The Secretary will record and maintain the minutes of all meetings; havethe minutes of all meetings and Club Bylaws available for review at allmeetings; and administer the "Sunshine Fund"ARTICLE VIIElectionsSection 1. All officers will be elected at the May meeting and will assume office at theJune meeting of the new term, and shall hold office for one year or untiltheir successors are duly qualified and elected. The club term will be Junethru MaySection 2. All nominees for office will be active membersSection 3. Elections will be held as follows: The President will appoint a NominatingCommittee at the March meeting; that Committee will submit the slate ofofficers at the April meeting, and other nominations may be made from thefloor, these nominations will be published prior to the May meeting, whereagain nominations may be made from the floor. Voting may be by secretballot.Section 4. Elections will be the last order of business at the May meetingSection 5. Elections will be decided by a majority vote of all members in goodstanding who are presentSection 6. All elected and appointed officers must remain active members in goodstanding during their term in officeARTICLE VIIIMeetingsSection 1. Ten percent (10%) of the active members in good standing will constitutea quorumSection 2. Regular membership meetings will be held on the second Tuesday ofeach monthSection 3. The President may call special meetingsSection 4. Club meetings will be governed by Roberts Rules of OrderARTICLE IXClub MoniesSection 1. All proceeds from any project by the Club will go to the Club TreasurySection 2. A minimum of two-thirds (2/3) of all funds raised will be given to CharitiesSection 3. All monies of the Club spent for personal benefit of the members will beapproved by a majority vote of the members who are presentSection 4. Charity Committee Donation Guidelines:a. The Charity Committee can recommend a maximum of $500.00 perorganization per year. (The Club can exceed this limit by a majorityvote.)b. Local Charities are preferredc. Charitable organizations must be non-profit organizations
