A quorum of Club members must be present at a Club meeting to considerdisbanding the Club.If a majority of members at the meeting in Section 1 vote to considerdisbanding the Club, a letter will be sent out to each member by the ClubSecretary staling that a vote to disband the Club will be conducted at thenext regularly scheduled meeting.A majority of Club members at the meeting must vote for the disbanding ofthe Club in order for the Club to be disbandedClub property will be disposed at auction, sold or given to charity by a voteof the Club members.Club monetary funds will be used to pay outstanding bills and theremaining given to charity by vote of the Club members.The Club Secretary will notify the State of Georgia that the Club hasdisbanded.Section 2.Section 3.Section 4.Section 5.Section 6.ARTICLE XIIIProcedures for Changing By-LawsSection 1. Any Club Member may propose a By-Law change at a monthly ClubMeeting.Section 2. If a majority of the Club Members at the meeting vote to incorporate theproposed change into the By-Laws, the proposed change will be given tothe By Laws Committee Chairman.Section 3. The By Law Committee will present the proposed By Law change at thenext Club Meeting.Section 4. If a majority of the Club Members at the meeting vote to accept thelanguage of the proposed By Law, it will be placed on the Club Websiteand in the Club Newsletter for Club Members to review and to announcevoting on the proposed change at the next regular scheduled ClubMeeting.Section 5. The new By Law will be voted on at the next Club Meeting following thereview by Club Members.Section 6. A majority vote of the Club Members at the Club Meeting is necessary toincorporate By Law Changes into the Club By Laws.Section 7. Approved By Law Changes will be incorporated into the Club By Laws bythe Club Secretary and made available for all members.
